Terms & Agreement

Wandering Soul Travels, LLC — Terms & Conditions

By choosing Wandering Soul Travels, LLC (“WST”) to help plan your adventures, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Travel Documents

It’s your responsibility to carefully review all travel documents and itineraries provided by WST for accuracy. Please verify names, dates, and other key details match exactly as shown on your valid, government-issued ID. If you spot any discrepancies, let us know within 24 hours so we can help resolve any issues in plenty of time.

2. How We Work: Agent for Suppliers

Wandering Soul Travels, LLC acts as an authorized travel advisor for airlines, hotels, rental car companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and all other travel service providers (“Suppliers”) named in your confirmations. We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers, and therefore cannot accept responsibility for their acts, omissions, schedule changes, capacity issues, financial defaults, or policies—especially regarding refunds or trip credits. Supplier terms and conditions (including change/cancellation rules) apply, so we strongly recommend reviewing these before booking. If you have questions, we’re always happy to explain supplier policies and request documentation for your records.

Friendly reminder:
WST will never collect or process your trip payments directly. For your protection, all travel payments (including deposits and balances) must be made using your credit card directly with the travel Supplier. We are unable to accept cash, check, or card payments to be processed “on your behalf.” This is a non-negotiable Outside Agents policy for your safety.

3. Travel Risks & Release of Liability

The world is a big, wild place—and travel comes with its fair share of surprises! At Wandering Soul Travels, LLC (“WST”), our mission is to create unforgettable adventures, but there are things even our enthusiastic team can’t control. This includes the actions (or inaction) of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and any other third-party suppliers, as well as “acts of God” like storms or volcanoes, health hazards (you guessed it, even pandemics), terrorism, and accessibility or safety issues at your chosen destinations.

WST does not take responsibility for any events, conditions, or actions beyond our direct control—including government actions, public health guidelines, or whether a specific trip or activity is suitable for travelers with disabilities. We also don’t have insider knowledge of specific threats or hazards at every destination (we’re adventurous, not omniscient!), so we strongly encourage you to research up-to-date safety, health, and entry requirements before you go.

A few trusted starting points:
U.S. State Department Travel Advisories — Click on “Find International Travel Information” and enter your destination for the latest safety and security intel.
CDC Traveler’s Health — Find your destination for important medical and vaccine information.

Your choice to travel is yours and yours alone, and by booking with WST, you’re letting us know you understand and accept the possible risks—including, but not limited to, those related to illness (like COVID-19), safety, and circumstances out of our control.

By proceeding with your trip:
You acknowledge and accept any and all risks associated with travel and hereby voluntarily release Wandering Soul Travels, LLC, and anyone working with us—our team, partners, contractors, superpowered group leaders, and snazzy guides—from all liability related to injury, illness, loss, or other incidents that may arise before, during, or after your travels.

In plain English:
If an unexpected challenge comes up (Mother Nature throws a tantrum, the unforeseen happens at your destination, or a third party drops the ball), you agree that you won’t hold WST responsible.

We know that’s a lot of legal speak, but our priority is making sure you understand the journey ahead. If you have questions—or want recommendations for solid travel insurance (pro tip: it’s always a good idea)—just ask us. We’re here to keep your travels inspiring and as secure as possible.

4. Entry & Re-Entry Rules:
Before you pack your bags, please double-check your passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements for your destination—as well as any connecting stops along the way. The world loves to play by its own rules (and sometimes changes them last minute), so be extra cautious! Rules can change at any time, whether your travels are across the state or across the globe. Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least six months after you arrive. Some have restrictions for travelers with prior criminal convictions, and others may require both parents’ written consent before a minor can travel. It’s your responsibility to confirm and meet all travel and re-entry requirements, as well as to keep up‐to‐date on any health, security, or political changes that could impact your journey.

5. Fees and Price Drops:
When you book with us, you agree to pay all travel planning, change, and related fees as outlined on www.wanderingsoultravels.com. Heads up—all our fees are non-refundable. If a supplier lowers the price of your trip after you book, we’re happy to do our best to help you rebook (if the supplier allows it), but additional fees may apply. Please note, we cannot promise any refunds or successful rebookings, since these are totally up to the supplier.

6. Price Increases:
Travel arrangements, especially those including flights or cruises, may be subject to additional increases in price due to factors outside our control, such as supplier or government changes—even if you’ve already paid in full. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to these possible increases, and you authorize your card to be charged for any difference. Also, keep in mind that each supplier has their own fine print covering cancellation penalties and other terms. You’ll be bound by those supplier contracts—even if you haven’t had a chance to read every word (but definitely let us know if you want help finding the details!).

7. Reservation Rules & Airline Violations:
Please book your flights with care! Airlines strictly prohibit certain booking tactics—like “point-beyond,” “hidden city,” or “back-to-back” reservations (that means buying extra legs or round-trips you don’t intend to use). Also, round-trip tickets used for one-way travel are a no-go with most carriers. If you skip a flight in your itinerary, airlines usually cancel the rest of your trip and may even take away frequent flyer miles you’ve earned. By booking with us, you agree not to use these practices, and to cover any penalties the airline might pursue for improper ticketing. Our job is to find you the best fares that don’t put your booking or upcoming trip at risk!

8. Travel Insurance:
We can’t say it enough—travel insurance is your best sidekick! We strongly recommend every client protect themselves with trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please note: most policies exclude epidemics, pandemics, and sometimes deny claims for travel during government-issued warnings. Any insurance overviews or suggestions we make are not legally binding promises, just friendly advice based on experience. If you choose not to purchase insurance or your claim is denied (for COVID-19 or any policy reason), you agree not to hold us liable.

9. Credit Card Purchases & Merchant Role:
We highly recommend using a credit card to book your travel—it gives you added protections under the Fair Credit Billing Act if there’s ever an issue with receiving the services you purchased. Occasionally, Wandering Soul Travels may act as the credit card merchant, simply to process your payment and pass those funds along to our trusted suppliers. If a supplier fails to deliver their promised service, your claim will need to be directed to that supplier—not to us as your booking agent. By booking, you agree not to initiate a chargeback against Wandering Soul Travels for supplier-related issues.

Agreed & Signed: Wandering Soul Travels
