What are your fees? What do you charge for your booking services?

We do not collect booking fees from the customers who book with us. We are paid by the cruise lines and thereby can pass a savings on to you.


What kind of documentation do I need to travel?

 All passengers 18 years of age and older are required to present photo ID issued by a government authority (example: drivers license or passport).  We strongly recommend that travelers get at least a passport card for cruising. Should there be an illness, accident or medical emergency, a passport book or card will be you way back home. * Please review the "Passport Requirements" page on our site or visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html  

Do I have to pay in full when I book?

This depends. Some 'special offers' require payment to be made at the time of booking. Travel Tip - Pay early. When you book early,  you avoid possible fare increases.

Can I change the dates on my booking or destination?

The booking has to be unused in order to change destination. Depending on the type of booking you have, you can change the destination. However please be mindful there is often a charge from the cruise line to make changes.

Can I purchase insurance for my trip?
Yes, you can. It is offered at the time of booking. Travel insurance covers many instances for cancellation of your trip and provides a refund of your money. 

How can I pay when I'm ready to book? 

We take credit and debit cards  to make your initial deposit, as well as payments toward your cruise. Cruise lines require a card on file for charges you make on board. Cruises must be paid in full 60-90 days from dates of travel. Those cruises that are booked last minute or within the 60-90 days require full payment at the time of booking.

Who will charge my credit card when the reservation is made?


 It will depend on what type of vacation you are booking.  When you book a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, Room only Reservation or a Disney Cruise Line vacation, your credit card will be charged directly by Disney. If your cruise is booked on, for example, Carnival or Norwegian Cruise Lines then you will see the charge issued from the cruise line.
