As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we regret to inform our guests that Carnival Cruise Line is having to cancel the following sailings:

All San Francisco sailings through 2020

All Carnival Sunrise sailings through and including October 19, 2020

All Carnival Legend sailings through and including October 30, 2020

All Carnival Radiance sailings through and including November 1, 2020

All Carnival Spirit Alaska, Hawaii, & Trans-Pacific sailings through and including October 6, 2020

Carnival Breeze, Carnival Dream, Carnival Elation, Carnival Freedom, Carnival Horizon, Carnival Magic, Carnival Sensation, & Carnival Vista sailings through and including July 31, 2020

All Other Ships sailings through and including August 31, 2020

We truly value our guests and appreciate your patience and understanding. To that end, we want to provide flexibility as you think about your future plans. Below are two options for guests whose cruise has been canceled to consider, including a bonus value offer. We look forward to welcoming you on board, when the time is right for you.

Carnival will honor this offer for any guests who were previously booked on these voyages and canceled their booking on or after March 6, 2020.

Holland America Line Extends the Pause of Ship Operations for All 2020 Alaska, Europe and Canada/New England Sailings
With travel restrictions continuing for the near future due to global health concerns, Holland America Line has decided to extend its pause of global cruise operations and cancel all Alaska, Europe and Canada/New England cruises in 2020. In addition, Amsterdam will not operate the 79-day Grand Africa voyage that would have departed on October 3. All guests will be automatically notified if their cruise departure has been cancelled, and what options are available to them.

CRUISE CANCELLATIONS OUT OF MIAMI THROUGH JULY 10TH
Given the evolving Covid-19 coronavirus situation, we have decided to cancel all Caribbean cruises from Miami from March 14 - July 10. This decision wasn't taken lightly, however, the health and safety of our guests and crew members is our top priority.

MSC CRUISES EXTENDS FLEET-WIDE HALTING OF OPERATIONS THROUGH JULY 10

Geneva, Switzerland, 29 APR 2020 (Updated) - MSC Cruises has decided to further extend the halting of all its new cruise departures fleet-wide through July 10, in light of the continued extraordinary circumstances the world is facing in connection with the Covid-19 virus global health emergency.

The Company previously announced the temporary halting of all its ships globally through May 29. As governments across the globe have since further strengthened ashore public health and safety measures to protect local populations and contain the further spread of the virus, today’s decision by MSC Cruises to further extend this extraordinary measure aims to mirror and further support the effectiveness of such efforts.

MSC Cruises is working tirelessly with all guests and their travel agents to address the impact of this necessary decision to their bookings on our ships up to July 10 and it is genuinely sorry for the inconvenience that this will cause them. By announcing this now, the Company intends to provide travel agents and guests who are booked on affected sailings with as much time as possible to move their booking to a future cruise.

MSC Cruises is offering guests affected by this extraordinary measure the opportunity to transfer the full amount paid for their cancelled vacation plus an additional generous credit benefit to a future cruise of their choice at any point through the end of 2021.

We are offering guests the following options:
125% Future Cruise Credit - BEST CHOICE
Receive a Future Cruise Credit for 125% of the original cruise fare paid (excl. Government taxes & fees and prepaid items, which will be refunded to the original form of payment)
The future cruise credit can be used on any sailing departing on or before December 31, 2021.
Request of Refund We hope you will reschedule your cruise at a future date. However, we understand that this may not be the ideal option for you. If you choose not to take the Future Cruise Credit, we will provide a refund equal to the original amount paid. Refunds will be issued 60 days from the date you complete the online form.
